Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Be the first voice prospects hear. Help FBOs across the country discover how to unlock hidden hangar capacity and transform their operations. You'll be at the front lines of a growing aviation tech company, building relationships and opening doors.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and social outreach
- Schedule product demos for account executives and track opportunities in our CRM
- Research target FBO accounts to personalize outreach and identify decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and provide feedback on messaging
- Meet and exceed monthly qualified opportunity goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in the aviation industry (aviation background is a plus)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection—persistence is key

Be the hero for FBOs learning to optimize their hangars. You'll help customers succeed with AutoStack, turning confused first-time users into power users who can't imagine operating without us. Your empathy and problem-solving will directly impact customer retention.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with speed and accuracy
- Troubleshoot product issues, document bugs, and escalate to engineering when needed
- Create and maintain help documentation, tutorials, and FAQs
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team
- Assist with onboarding new customers and conducting training sessions
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills with genuine empathy for customers
- Problem-solving mindset—you enjoy figuring things out
- Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software quickly
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Detail-oriented and highly organized

Build the platform that's transforming how FBOs manage hangar space. You'll work on 3D optimization algorithms, real-time collaboration features, and aviation-specific challenges that don't exist anywhere else. This is greenfield development with real impact.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement features across our TypeScript/React/Node.js stack
- Collaborate with product to scope technical solutions for complex problems
- Improve code quality, testing practices, and system architecture
- Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Expert-level TypeScript, React, and Node.js skills
- Strong PostgreSQL and database design experience
- Experience with 3D visualization or graphics programming is a plus
- Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity preferred
